Annual Report and Accounts Disclosure

The Company announces on 17 April 2019 that the EnQuest Annual Report & Accounts 2018 and the Notice of 2019 Annual General Meeting have today been posted to shareholders.

These documents are publicly available on the EnQuest PLC website (www.enquest.com), found under the Investors section. This follows the release on 21 March 2019 of the Company's Final Year-End Results Announcement for the year ended 31 December 2018. 

In compliance with 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules, on 17 April 2019 the Company submitted to the National Storage Mechanism copies of:

The Annual General Meeting will take place on 23 May 2019 and the total of the votes cast by shareholders for and against or withheld on each resolution to be put to the meeting will be published on www.enquest.com on or shortly after 23 May 2019.
