Production Technology Manager

Principal Accountabilities 

  • Manage a direct team consisting of Petroleum Engineers (staff and contract), Responsible for the discipline health for Petroleum Engineering / Production Technology
  • Support the team to concentrate on Well, Reservoir and Facility surveillance, opportunity identification and optimisation
  • Identify, mature and support execution of identified production optimisation opportunities
  • Actively collaborate with asset operations team, serving as an integrator and link between subsurface, wells and operations disciplines
  • Focal point for the UK Short-term Production Forecasts
  • Responsible for Locked In Potential Opportunity Maturation, setting targets including SMPP and EMPP
  • Represent EnQuests interest as TCM representative for UK assets as required and support wider subsurface team
  • Ensure adherence to the highest standards of health and safety in conformance with EnQuest’s policies and procedures

Experience

  • UKCS asset experience
  • Significant PE and PT knowledge / experience in an E&P environment QUALIFICATIONS Essential
  • Can evidence professional and personal ongoing development and/or learning Desirable
  • Current offshore survival, medical and Mist certification
